How to file a report

Gather details

Note the date, time, room name, and usernames involved. Screenshots are extremely helpful.

Write clearly

Describe what happened in plain language. What did you see? What were you doing when it occurred?

Email us at support@spawncafe.com with the subject line matching your issue type (e.g. "Bug Report" or "User Report").
